Dictatorship does not uplift โ€” it shows no mercy in choosing words, brutal in action, creating chaos as it speaks. 54 years from now, the Philippines was a witness of its trap.

As we commemorate the 54th year of the declaration of Martial Law, we must remember: Never Forget, Never Again. Never forget the ruthless commanding, the agonizing hole we Filipinos fell for. Never again let the vicious dictators mislead, falling for the ambush disguised as effective leadership.

Hear ye, hear ye.

In line with the Oratory Guildโ€™s commitment to fostering critical thinkers who can express their perspectives, a Pax Silica survey was conducted to give members the opportunity to share their insights about the project, and whether they agree or disagree with the initiative.

Pax Silica is a US-led initiative to construct data centers, artificial intelligence, and semiconductor hubs in a 1,600-hectare area in New Clark City, Philippines. While it promises economic growth and more job opportunities, another side comes at the cost of environmental degradation and scarce resources such as water and minerals.

Through the Oratory Guildโ€™s batch representatives, the voices of their members are heard and acknowledged. Get to know their insights on one of the most prevalent issues in the Philippines.

Last August 25, 2026, the Integrated School Oratory Guild conducted a General Orientation for the Academic Year 2026-2027. The meeting discussed policies, upcoming activities, election of officers and other essential reminders.
