📢For those scheduled for a medical examination, please upload your MEDICAL RESULTS to your portal and complete your GUIDANCE RECORD prior to your appointment.

‼️‼️Please upload your medical results to the portal before your scheduled medical exam at CLB.

Please visit the Admissions Office of Colegio ng Lungsod ng Batangas to claim your Notice of Admission according to the schedule below. Failure to do so will result in your automatic removal from the list of qualifiers.

After receiving your notice of passing, please take note of the medical, dental, and guidance requirements, and provide two color-coded envelopes. We will announce the schedule for enrollment and the submission of your medical requirements.

Please visit the Colegio ng Lungsod ng Batangas to get your Notice of Admission based on the schedule below. Failure to do so will result in automatic delisting from the list of qualifiers.

✔️ Check the list of passers using your Applicant ID
✔️ Review all programs — some applicants may have been reassigned
✔️ Log in to your portal and visit the dashboard to view your admission status
