Today, we honor the courage that redefined our nation. We don’t just look back at history; we carry the lessons of unity and freedom into our future.

The University of Batangas commemorates the 40th Anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution.

The fourth year students of the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀’ 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 successfully conducted its 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 last February 16–19, 2026.

The four-day tour gave students hands-on exposure beyond the classroom, allowing them to explore real-world settings and build stronger connections with one another.

In celebration of the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀 𝟴𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆, the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀' 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 proudly joins the booth-making activities as part of the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴.

The 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀: 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 was a success, with 109 blood donors, because of the generosity and support of everyone involved.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹, 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, and University of Batangas - Community Extension Services for their invaluable partnership and commitment to saving lives, which helped make this meaningful initiative possible.

The event was held on January 29, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the Vicente A. Mayo Corporate Center N-106.

The Computer Engineering Students’ Society and the Junior Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines, in collaboration with UB Community Extension Services, are currently conducting the “Donate Blood, Save Lives: Blood Donation Drive” at the Vicente A. Mayo Corporate Center, Room N-106.

This initiative is being carried out in partnership with the Batangas Provincial Blood Council and Batangas Medical Center.

The activity runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM—join us, donate blood, and help save lives today.
