Kanina:Dec.3,2023 Linggo 6am nagsagawa ang kawani ng Makabagong Barangay Balagtas sa pangunguna ni Hon.Cynthia Culla at mga konsehal nito,kasma na din ang ibang Sk Officials.

Bilang isang organisadong samahan sa Brgy.Balagtas, nakiisa ang Batangas Varsitarian Balagtas Subchapter sa community service na ito,

Tatay Max Dela Peña 1st Founder President of Batangas Varsitarian in Lipa City College Chapter ( LCC) in the province of Batangas on October 04 1978 and the 1st Batangas Varsitarian Chapter /Founder in the province of Batangas

1. Kailan at paano nagkaroon ng BV sa probinsya ng Batangas?
Noong naestablished ang bv sa feu bilang isang ganap na brotherhood o frat ay kumalat na ito sa lahat ng college sa maynila at nagstart na rin silang magbuo ng kanilang bv sa kani kanilang school. Isa na dito ang BV NU. noong dec 1974 sila ang nanghiram ng bylaws sa feu para makabuo din sila ng sariling BV. nabuo sila noong 1975.
KAILAN NAGKAROON NG BV SA BATANGAS?
from BVNU na si Brod Do Mitra na taga lipa ay nagtungo sa Lipa City Colleges sa Lipa city para magbuo ng BV noong October 1978. Tinipon nya ang mga kaibigan niya sa LCC para itayo ito. Naitayo ang pinakaunang chapter sa batangas sa pamamagitan ng NU noong 1978 sa LCC at ito ay naitatag ni Brod Max dela Pena.

2. ANO ANG PANGALAWANG CHAPTER SA BATANGAS?
On that same year 1978 , ilang mga brods sa LCC ang nagtungo sa Western Philippine Colleges ( now UB) sa pangunguna ni brod Pilo Morada at itinatag nila ang pangalawang chapter sa UB, kaya ang UB ay December, 1978.

3. PAANO NAKARATING ANG BV SA COMMUNITY?
Noong early 80s nagsimula nang magrecruit sa mga high school ang UB at LCC. naitayo ang Mabini Academy Chapter sa lipa at wpc high school sa ub, batangas high atbp (Juniors). Tinawag silang mga BV JUNIOR. hanggang ang mga high school na ito ay nagsipagtayo na ng mga chapters sa community sa kani kanilang lugar noong late 80s kung kailan lumabas ang "TENANTS" noong 1987 na gawa gawa ng isang tao mula sa Lybat. at mula dito nagpatuloy na ang pagtatayo ng mga bv sa community na iba na ang sistema at walang nagtatama.
CONCLUSION:
kung susundan pabalik ang kasaysayan makikita ng malinaw ang linyada ng mga pagtatatag ng bv.

IBIG SABIHIN, mula 1974 hanggang 1987 ay walang TENANTS 1932 ..MALINAW NA BIGLANG NAG IBA NA ANG PROSESO NG BV MULA 1988 SA COMMUNITY AT NAHAWA NA RIN ANG MGA COLLEGE DAHIL WALANG NAGTATAMA AT PUMAPANSIN NA MALI NA ITO.
FINALLY, INUMPISAHAN ITONG ITAMA NG MGA ALUMNI NG BVAA NOONG 2007 HANGGANG SA KASALUKUYAN.
ANG BV AY INIREHISTRO SA SECURITIES AND EXCHAGE COMMISSION (SEC) NG BV SUPREME COUNCIL NOONG 2009 AT ITO AY GANAP NA NAGING LEGAL.

OCTOBER 4. THE DAY THE FIRST CHAPTER
OF BV IN THE PROVINCE WAS FOUNDED , LIPA CITY COLLEGES (LCC). THE FOUNDATION OF LCC IS THE FOUNDING DATE OF BV LIPA CITY CHAPTER.

September 21, 1974- the year the Batangas Varsitarian as a Fraternity was born under Martial Law Era in Far Eastern University.
Guided by the simple principle of "Mag akayan ang mga kapwa kabataang Batangueño".
This coming September 21, 2023, The Batangas Varsitarian is entering its 49th year of "Pag-aakayan".
"49 years of developing Batangeño Youth and Student Leaders
Thru Fraternalism and Service!"
As years go by, the Batangas Varsitarian rectify its errors and upgraded the organizational system and accept the challenge of times,,, and we survived!
Under the light of the Three Guiding Stars we continue the
PURPOSE , MISSION AND GOAL OF BATANGAS VARSITARIAN

PURPOSE
The purpose of this Fraternity shall be to assemble Batangueno youth and students in a Grand Brotherhood in the principles of brotherhood, loyalty and service; to develop Leadership, to promote Friendship, and to provide Service to fellow Batanguenos; and to uphold and preserve the distinctive Batangueno heritage of loyalty, heroism and bravery.

MISSION
The mission of the Batangas Varsitarian is to provide service, education, resources and training to the future leaders of the Batangueno communities. This mission is demonstrated every day through acts of brotherhood, social awareness and support for the Batangueno communities around the world.
Batangas Varsitarian was founded to provide opportunities for the Batangueno college students seeking the best possible college and Fraternity and Sorority experience. We have maintained the integrity of our purpose by strengthening our ties to the Batangueno community and serving as partners of LGUs and Universities on community projects and collegiate projects.
Our heritage stems from one source: young Batangueno students and community youth banding together in allegiance. The fraternity can be a home away from home, providing the same stabilizing and guiding values that students and community youth previously gained from their families. Batangueno students and community youths search BV because it is a Batangueno Fraternity and Sorority. In the Brotherhood’s 45-year history, more than 100,000 men and women have worn the badge of the Batangas Varsitarian.

GOAL
Conceivably of greater importance, Batangas Varsitarian provides education, resources and training for youth and students to develop leadership for the future of the Batangangueno community. Tomorrow’s Batangueno leaders are in our chapters today. These are the young men who must be counted upon to support Batangueno causes and to prepare to be one of tomorrow’s Batangueno leaders leaders, so that they may aid themselves, their family, their community and their members.
Throughout our history, the organization setting has served as a learning house, a testing ground for young Batangueno who later become leaders in business, education, and government. A goal of our Brotherhood is to help each student and community youth to develop character, responsibility and a proper set of values through living together in brotherhood and Sisterhood. Batangas Varsitarian prepares young men and women for their role in life as responsible citizens.
Therefore, our basic purpose is to provide the opportunity for every Batangueno youth and students to be able to join the Batangas Varsitarian whose purpose is not to fight with other fraternities and a society scourge, but rather social and cultural in nature. Batangas Varsitarian is open to all Batangueno youth and students who are willing to espouse its values and mission.
