Today, February 23, 2026, the Philippine National Police – Batac led the Flag Raising Ceremony at Naguirangan-Capacuan Elementary School, setting a meaningful tone for the week ahead. 🇵🇭

The ceremony was followed by an informative and empowering orientation on Anti-Bullying, reminding our learners of the importance of kindness, respect, and standing up for what is right.
