"It is time that we all see gender as a spectrum instead of two sets of opposing Ideals"

Equality by definition is the right for every person to be treated in a way that no one is above neither is below. Our community advocates Gender Equality in a way that we do not discriminate amongst all genders.

Gender Inequality and Gender Discrimination is still a present day occurence, but we can change that by Implementing ways on how to envoke Gender Equality to the public. This way people, regardless of their gender or sexual orientation is treated fairly, in a way that there is no need to be worried on being harrassed, made fun of, or just plain out getting hurt. At the end of the day we're all humans, we are in need of understanding, love and care.

A quote from the famous philosopher Aristotle that reminds all of us of what equality really means. It is very significant not to turn blind eye on the injustices we see in our society.

We should rebuild our society into a more accepting and healthy community where respect and love prospers.

Discrimination still occurs. Some people believe that their own views are in danger. Some people dislike encountering other cultures. They all need reassurance that reaching out to others will benefit them greatly and that variety is in fact a strength rather than a liability.

No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion and gender. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite."

Gender stereotypes can influence how individuals feel about themselves and how they relate to others; thus, it is important that everyone learns to recognize and understand them.

Have you ever been subjected to stereotyping because of your sexual orientation or gender? Gender stereotypes are a serious issue that needs to be addressed. It was never a good thing. Its only effect is to disrupt lives and hurt the individual who is the subject of this problem. We should never engage in it because such behaviour harms people's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. What can we do to stop this?
