We hope you all had a restful weekend! Before we dive into the new week, we want to look back at the incredible response to our Kumusta Ka Wall activity last week.

In just 3 short days, that wall filled up with so many of your shared emotions. Seeing the columns crowded with sticky notes reminds us that we are all navigating this school year together—carrying a mix of joy, stress, boredom, and hope all at once.

Thank you for trusting that space and sharing a piece of your heart with us.

Let’s carry that energy into this new week: check in on a friend, offer a listening ear, and continue to be a source of support for one another.

Isang mahigpit na yakap sa lahat (with consent)! 🫂✨

Kumusta Ka? ✨

We're one month into the new school year! It’s been an exciting journey so far, but we know it can also be a rollercoaster of feelings. That's why we invite you to stop by our new Kumusta Ka? Wall!

Take a moment to check in with yourself and share how you’re really doing. Simply grab a sticky note and place it under the "Inside Out" character that best matches your current mood. This is a space to acknowledge your emotions—whatever they may be—and to connect with others who might be feeling the same way.

Let's support each other as a community!

On February 13, 2026, the Guidance and Counseling Office conducted a Career Guidance Orientation as part of its ongoing Guidance and Counseling initiatives. The activity was designed to provide students with updated and relevant information about post-secondary education and training opportunities to help them make well-informed decisions about their future.

Invited representatives from various universities, colleges, and vocational schools presented their respective programs, admission processes, scholarship offerings, and potential career pathways. The orientation allowed students to directly learn from institutional partners and ask questions that clarified their academic interests and long-term goals.

The Guidance and Counseling Office expresses its heartfelt appreciation to the participating institutions for sharing their expertise, resources, and opportunities with our learners. Your support greatly contributes to strengthening our students’ readiness for higher education and the world of work.

Through activities like this, the school continues to promote informed career planning and responsible decision-making among its students.

As part of the school’s Guidance and Counseling activities, the Career Alumni Mentorship Program was successfully held on February 10 and 12, 2026. The activity aimed to help students gain clearer direction in their career planning through real-life insights shared by our alumni.

The invited alumni generously shared their academic experiences, career journeys, challenges encountered, and valuable lessons learned. They discussed course selection, the transition from senior high school to college, adjusting to new environments, managing responsibilities, and preparing for employment. Their diverse perspectives provided students with practical guidance and relatable inspiration.

We would like to sincerely recognize and thank the following alumni mentors for their invaluable sharing and support:

• Mr. Angelo C. Cabilangan
• Mr. Niko Panizales
• Mr. Nathaniel Louis V. De Jesus
• Ms. Sophia C. Pacorsa
• Mr. Christ Joseph B. Quiambao

The Guidance and Counseling Office and Magsaysay National High School – Senior High extend their heartfelt appreciation for your time, openness, and willingness to give back to the school community. Your insights have truly empowered our students as they begin shaping their future paths.

This meaningful initiative reflects the school’s continued commitment to holistic student development and career readiness.
