Magsaysay National High School successfully conducted a Parent Orientation on the updated DepEd policies and school regulations on June 11, 2026, at the school's Covered Court. The activity gathered parents and guardians from both the morning and afternoon shifts to ensure a clear understanding of the updated school policies and guidelines for student behavior. Through the collective efforts of the Guidance Counselor, Head Teachers, and school personnel, the orientation strengthened the partnership between the school and families in promoting a disciplined and conducive learning environment for all learners.
The orientation was conducted to inform parents and guardians about the newly updated student discipline policies, standards of conduct, academic classifications, and school regulations. Initially discussed in classrooms, the orientation was later held at the Covered Court, where attendees were given the opportunity to raise questions and seek clarification regarding the policies and guidelines presented.
The one-and-a-half-hour orientation was successfully carried out, providing parents and guardians with sufficient information about the newly implemented changes. Through their active participation, cooperation, and understanding, the updates were effectively communicated, further strengthening the school's commitment to fostering discipline, responsibility, and academic excellence among its learners.
