📚 FIRST DAY OF CLASS | SY 2026–2027 🎉

Paniongan Elementary School warmly welcomed its learners on the First Day of Classes for School Year 2026–2027. The day began with a flag ceremony, followed by orientation activities and classroom engagements that fostered excitement, camaraderie, and readiness for learning.

The smiles and enthusiasm of the pupils reflected their eagerness to embark on another meaningful academic journey. Teachers, parents, and community stakeholders joined hands in ensuring a positive and productive start to the school year.

As we open another chapter of learning, Paniongan Elementary School remains committed to providing quality education, nurturing young minds, and promoting a safe, inclusive, and learner-centered environment.

The Rapid Mathematics Assessment (RMA) was successfully conducted to determine the numeracy level and mathematical competencies of learners. The assessment focused on key areas such as Number Sense, Computation, and Problem Solving through one-on-one assessment activities.

During the activity, assessors guided learners through various mathematics tasks designed to measure their understanding of basic mathematical concepts and skills. Learners were given opportunities to demonstrate their abilities in recognizing numbers, performing basic operations, and solving mathematical problems. Assessment results were carefully recorded to identify learners’ strengths, learning gaps, and areas needing intervention.

The conduct of the RMA provided valuable data that will serve as the basis for planning appropriate instructional strategies and targeted interventions to improve learners’ mathematics performance. The activity was carried out in a supportive and learner-friendly environment, ensuring that each learner was given equal opportunity to showcase their mathematical skills.
