Tropical Cyclone: WARNING
ISSUED AT:5:00 PM, 24 November 2016
TD "MARCE" IS ABOUT TO MAKE LANDFALL OVER SURIGAO DEL NORTE.
Estimated rainfall amount is from moderate to heavy within the 300 km diameter of the tropical depression.
Residents of areas under TCWS #1 and the rest of easten Visayas are advised to be alert against possible flashfloods and landslides.
Sea travel is risky over the northern seaboard of Northern Luzon.
Expected to exit the PAR by Monday morning (November 28).

Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 45 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 55 kph

Romblon, Cuyo Island, Calamian Group and Southern part of Mindoro provinces. Biliran, Southern part of Samar, Southern part of eastern Samar, Leyte, Southern Leyte, Bohol, Cebu including Bantayan and Camotes Islands, Siquijor, Negros Oriental, Negros Occidental, Iloilo, Capiz, Aklan, Antique and Guimaras Surigao del Norte including Siargao Island, Surigao del Sur, Dinagat Islands, Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Misamis Oriental and Camiguin. ->Very light or no damage to high risk structures,
->Light damage to medium to low risk structures
->Slight damage to some houses of very light materials or makeshift structures in exposed communities. Some banana plants are tilted, a few downed and leaves are generally damaged
->Twigs of small trees may be broken.
->Rice crops, however, may suffer significant damage when it is in its flowering stage.
