WE STAND UNITED IN DEFENSE OF THE WEST PHILIPPINE SEA

In a powerful demonstration of civic duty and patriotism, students, teachers, and local stakeholders gathered yesterday, July 23, 2026, for an Information Awareness Campaign on the West Philippine Sea. Organised in collaboration with the 102nd Infantry Battalion, 5ID, Philippine Army, the activity commemorated the 10th Anniversary of the West Philippine Sea Arbitral Victory, reinforcing the nation's lawful maritime rights and sovereignty.

The activity emphasized that securing our nation requires a "whole-of-nation approach"—uniting the government, local leaders, civil society, and citizens.

Crucial to this campaign was empowering our young learners. As tomorrow’s leaders, the youth cannot afford indifference. To turn a blind eye to current national issues is to forfeit their own future rights and heritage. Being informed is not merely an academic requirement—it is the first line of defense in standing up for our nation's sovereignty.

Kadaclan NHS Launches School Year 2026–2027 with Community Support

June 8, 2026 marked the official opening of classes at Kadaclan National High School. Despite the absence of a school ground for the traditional flag ceremony, the school successfully conducted its opening program through the cooperation and support of our stakeholders and community partners.

The event was made possible with the presence and unwavering support of various stakeholders who continue to contribute to the school's success. The Barangay Officials of Chupac led by Hon. Patrick Pul-agan and representatives from the Philippine National Police (PNP) joined the school community in welcoming the 170 learners back to school.

The opening program was led by the School Head, Sir Helbert A. Binwag, who warmly welcomed the students, parents, and guests. In his message, he emphasized the importance of education, discipline, and cooperation in achieving academic success. He also introduced the teaching and non-teaching personnel of the school, allowing learners to become acquainted with the faculty members who will guide them throughout the school year.

As classes officially commence, the school community looks forward to a productive and meaningful School Year 2026–2027, guided by the values of unity, resilience, and lifelong learning.
