A pre-construction activity for the proposed Solar-Powered Irrigation System was successfully conducted by the Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office VII (DA RFO7), headed by Engr. Marvin Ochea, RAED Staff, together with the contractor, HVCDP staff, fellow RAED personnel, and the Municipal Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer (ABE) of Barili.

The activity was also attended by the officials of CTU Barili, led by Campus Director Dr. Romeo C. Lepiten, along with the faculty members of the Institute of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering (IABE) headed by Dean Dr. Jeremy P. Mondejar.

This initiative highlights the collaborative effort of government agencies, local stakeholders, and the academe in promoting sustainable and innovative agricultural development through renewable energy technologies. 🌾
