Attention: Second Batch List – Congresswoman Karen Garcia Educational Assistance 2025

All listed beneficiaries under the Second Batch for the Congresswoman Karen Garcia Educational Assistance 2025 are advised to proceed to the Accounting Office and look for Ms. Joan Manondo on October 15 and 16, 2025 only, to edit your Beneficiary Information.

Please update the following details as necessary:
1. Change of beneficiary (if the listed beneficiary is already registered under another cash assistance program);
2. Correction of beneficiary occupation; and/or
3. Update of beneficiary’s middle name.

For CTU–Barili students, the list of beneficiaries is attached below for your reference.

A total of 2,069 students are scheduled for payout. To ensure a smooth and organized process, students are grouped according to the first letter of their last names, as follows:

To all TES Grantees, please be informed of the following schedule for the submission of requirements and signing of payroll for the release of your subsidy for the 1st Semester, A.Y. 2024–2025.

📌 Requirements:
1. 4 copies of your School ID (validated by the Registrar), photocopied in A4 bond paper (portrait style)
2. Ensure your account number is active

📅 Schedule of Submission and Signing of Payroll:
1. Batch 1: October 9, 2025 – 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
2. Batch 13: October 9, 2025 – 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
3. Batch 13.1: October 10, 2025 – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
*For Batch 13.1, the list of students will be sent in our group chat.

📍Please submit the above requirements and sign the payroll on or before October 10, 2025 at the Scholarship Office.

The Scholarship Office is requesting all graduated scholars under CoScho and SIDA–SGP to accomplish the Google Drive Monitoring on the Return Service Obligation.

📌 Please update your employment status/record through the monitoring sheet, as this is a required submission to CHED for proper documentation and compliance.

Alang kini sa mga kliyente nga nakakuha na og tabang o 'REPEAT CLIENTS' apan alang sa mga 'first-timer,' mahimong ang available nga Valid ID ang ipakita.

Pwede ang laminated nga National ID nga gi-issue sa buhatan sa PSA kon ang Electronic ID. Mahimo usab ipakita ang printed copy sa digital ID nga makuha gikan sa eGov app.
