Medyo nakapagtataka na may mga baguhang researchers at walang publication sa high-impact journals, pero nasa hundreds agad ang citations in just one/two years. Kapag tiningnan mo iyong citations, galing ang mga ito sa pare-parehong journal, at minsa'y galing pa sa same issue mismo. As reviewers, hindi dapat natin i-suggest ang mga papers natin na i-cite ng researchers. Iwasan ang ganitong gawain, as much as possible, dahil predatory behavior ito. Gets naman kung very niche at makatutulong.

Ethical Process of Data Collection | Invited Speaker | via Zoom
This is my first time delivering a lecture to an audience of more than 300 (composed of SHS students and teachers from various schools). The open forum made me realize that I need to read more and conduct more research projects as a researcher. It was a success, I think.
Thank you so, so much, Sir Bon Hajan and JRU Researchers' Club for allowing me share something about ethical considerations in data collection.
Congratulations also to Ma'am Brenfel Hajan for a comprehensive and insightful lecture on literature review.
