✨ 𝑨𝑺𝑼–𝑲𝑨𝑳𝑰𝑩𝑶 𝑮𝑹𝑨𝑵𝑫 𝑨𝑳𝑼𝑴𝑵𝑰 𝑯𝑶𝑴𝑬𝑪𝑶𝑴𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝑨𝑵𝑫 𝑭𝑬𝑳𝑳𝑶𝑾𝑺𝑯𝑰𝑷 𝑵𝑰𝑮𝑯𝑻 2026✨🫶

On July 11, 2026, the Aklan State University Grand Alumni Homecoming and Fellowship Night 2026 became a meaningful celebration of unity, gratitude, and the enduring bond among generations of ASU–Kalibo alumni.

Despite the challenges brought by Typhoon Inday, the event was a remarkable success, with 52 tables reserved and sold and 549 seats booked, reflecting the strong support and commitment of our alumni community. Alumni from various batches, former administrators, retired faculty members, faculty, staff, students, partners, sponsors, and guests gathered together, proving that no storm could weaken the love and pride for ASU–Kalibo.

The Aklan State University Alumni Affairs Office extends its heartfelt appreciation to the University Administration, the ASU Alumni Association, alumni batches and organizations, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and all individuals who contributed their time, effort, and generosity in making this celebration possible. Together, generations of ASU–Kalibo alumni were reunited in a gathering that truly embodied this year's theme: "Reuniting Generations • Celebrating Memories • Building the Future."

We also extend our sincere gratitude to Dr. Leunamatileme Tosoc, Alumni Chairperson of ASU–Kalibo, for her dedicated leadership, unwavering support, and commitment in making this year's Grand Alumni Homecoming a memorable and successful celebration. Thank you for your invaluable partnership and for your continued dedication to strengthening the ASU–Kalibo alumni community.

More than a homecoming, the event served as a testament to the lasting legacy, shared memories, and strong spirit of fellowship that continue to unite the ASU family across generations.

Above all, we give glory and thanks to Almighty God for His guidance, protection, and abundant blessings throughout this memorable occasion.

With great pride, we celebrate the remarkable achievement of Jullie Loraine Agustine Mijares-Florida, a graduate of the Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd), Batch 2007 of Aklan State University – Ibajay Campus.

Ma'am Jullie was recently honored with an Outstanding Teacher Award during the 20th Anniversary Celebration of Bandekdee 2 Kindergarten School in Thailand, in recognition of her dedication, commitment, and exemplary service in the field of education.
