Learn to make a classic Spanish paella FOR FREE!

In partnership with El Txoko - Puerto Princesa, El Txoko Chef and LIKHA teacher Monique Escalona is hosting a free-for-all paella cooking demo for everyone to attend.

Take notes! You might want to add this to this year's noche buena. 😉

(For anyone who wants to order some paella after the demo, it will be available for purchase at the El Txoko booth)

Joining us at the Tarabidan Market this weekend are our friends from Bacuit Bay Brewhouse and their selection of amazing beers!

Locally brewed and bottled right here in Palawan, these beers are packed will all kinds of flavors - from green mango and chili (the LIKHA favorite 😉) to cardamom and orange peel. Such a fun and exciting way to explore the world of beer and the craft of brewing!

Grab some friends and head over to the Beer Bar from 2 PM onwards. We'll be happy to arrange a beer tasting menu for small groups, and our friend Bob, the master brewer behind Bacuit Bay, will tell you all about it!
