Is Your Home Truly Safe for Lolo and Lola? Help Us Design the Future of Elderly Care in Zamboanga. 🏠👴👵
Are you a Zamboangueño caring for an aging parent? Or maybe you are working away from home and constantly worrying about their safety?
We know that loving them is easy, but caring for them is hard. From slippery bathrooms to the fear of them wandering out the gate, our current homes often aren't built for the needs of our elders.
I am a 5th-Year Architecture Student at WMSU, and my thesis aims to design a Community-Integrated Senior Living Facility right here in Zamboanga, one that isn't a "hospital," but a dignified, resort-style sanctuary.
To do this, I need to understand the REAL challenges you face at home.

👥 WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
✅ Must be a resident of Zamboanga City. ✅ Must be a Family Member or Primary Caregiver of a Senior Citizen (60 years old and above).
✅ We welcome respondents who live with their elders AND those living/working separately (OFWs, etc.).
