As part of the ongoing Brigada Eskwela, the incoming officers of the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) participated in the decluttering and clearing of the school's Science Garden on June 3, 2026 (Wednesday).

This initiative aims to prepare the area for future environmental projects, enhancements, and educational activities that will contribute to the development of a more sustainable and conducive learning environment for the school community.

Through cooperation, dedication, and a shared commitment to environmental stewardship, the officers demonstrated the value of volunteerism and collective action in promoting positive change within the school.

The organization remains committed to supporting programs and initiatives that foster environmental awareness, responsibility, and sustainability.

In a world full of different stories, beliefs, and identities, Pride Month reminds us of something simple:

Respect costs nothing, but it means everything.

This month is about celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community, but also about recognizing the courage it takes to live authentically and the importance of creating spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.

People may come from different backgrounds, cultures, and faiths. We may not always share the same experiences or perspectives, but kindness, compassion, and respect are values that can bring us together.

At its heart, Pride is about human dignity—the belief that every person deserves to be treated with understanding, empathy, and love.

So this June, let us celebrate diversity, practice acceptance, and choose to see one another not through labels, but through our shared humanity.

With the theme "Bayanihan sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa sa Kaayusan at Kaalaman" let us work hand in hand to prepare our school for another exciting year of learning, growth, and success.

Join us this June 1–5, 2026 as we clean, repair, organize, and prepare Mariano Ponce National High School for the upcoming school year. Every helping hand, no matter how small, contributes to creating a safer, cleaner, and more welcoming environment for every learner.

🍃 YES-O First Official Online Meeting | May 30, 2026 🍃

The Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) successfully conducted its first official online meeting on May 30, 2026, bringing together the newly elected officers to discuss plans and initiatives for the upcoming school year.

During the meeting, the organization tackled several important matters, including:
🍃 Proposing various environmental programs and projects for implementation throughout the school year
🤝 Fostering interaction and camaraderie among the new set of officers
📋 Discussing organizational necessities and operational matters
🏫 Preparing for the upcoming Brigada Eskwela activities.

This meeting marked the beginning of a collaborative journey dedicated to environmental stewardship, leadership, and service within the school community. Together, we look forward to creating meaningful and sustainable impacts throughout the academic year.
