Today, we commemorate Ninoy Aquino Day, honoring the life and legacy of Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr., whose courage, sacrifice, and unwavering love for the Filipino people became a significant part of our nation’s history.

Please be informed that face-to-face classes at all levels on 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆) are suspended in accordance with the National Government's advisory due to the effects of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

Classes will shift to online mode through the appropriate Alternative Learning Modalities (ALM) implemented by the respective instructors.

📌 Scheduled examinations will be rescheduled to the next face-to-face meeting for the subjects affected.

Students are encouraged to coordinate with their respective instructors and continue monitoring official announcements from the College and concerned government agencies for further updates.

Offices will remain open as usual.

Examinations will be rescheduled to the next face-to-face meeting for the subjects affected.

As per the National Government's advisory, face-to-face classes at all levels are suspended on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 and will shift to online mode due to Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

Please note that examinations will be moved to the nearest date when face to face classes will resume

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 19

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 129, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 19, 2026:

📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro
📍 Oriental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

NO FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES

Mga anak, batay sa ating weather forecast, may posibilidad na makaranas ang Lungsod ng Baliwag ng mahina hanggang sa malakas na pag-ulan bukas, Lunes, August 17, 2026.

Dahil dito, mas mabuti na wala munang face-to-face classes sa lahat ng antas ng pribado at pampublikong paaralan sa ating lungsod upang matiyak ang kaligtasan ng ating mga mag-aaral.

Patuloy namang isasagawa ng mga paaralan ang nararapat na alternative learning modalities upang hindi maputol ang pag-aaral ng mga estudyante.
