Your journey was never easy. It demanded 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝘄𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. You endured exhausting days, sleepless nights, demanding training, and countless challenges that tested not only your physical strength but also your character and leadership. Yet, you chose to keep moving forward.

Every drop of sweat, every sacrifice, and every obstacle you overcame became proof of your resilience and your commitment to becoming better cadets and future leaders. You have shown that true strength is not measured by how easy the journey is, but by the courage to continue despite every hardship.

As you wear this achievement with pride, remember that this milestone is not the end of your journey—it is the beginning of even greater responsibilities. As our cadets begin their journey to Malaybalay City, Bukidnon at Camp Osito D. Bahian for the RSCT and ARAPT training, we, want you to know how proud we are of each one of you. Choosing to step out of your comfort zone and submit yourselves to this kind of training already shows courage, discipline, determination, and commitment to service. Not everyone has the strength to take this path, but you chose to face the challenges with honor and bravery.

This training will not be easy. There will be moments of exhaustion, pressure, homesickness, and challenges that will test both your physical and mental strength. But always remember that every hardship you encounter there will shape you into stronger, wiser, and more disciplined individuals. Trust the process, trust your training, and most importantly, trust yourselves. The journey may be difficult, but the lessons, experiences, and memories you will gain will stay with you forever.

Carry with you the values of integrity, respect, teamwork, discipline, and leadership wherever you go. Represent our unit with pride, humility, and excellence. Always remember that you are not only carrying your own dreams, but also the name and honor of the corps that believes in your potential. From mactan to West Philippine Sea : The Fight continues.

From the shores of Mactan to the vast waters of the West Philippine Sea, the spirit of resistance lives on. What our ancestors fought for with courage and honor continues in every generation that refuses to be silenced. This is more than history—it is a reminder that our freedom was never given, it was fought for. Today, we stand not just as witnesses of the past, but as defenders of our future. The waves may change, the enemies may differ, but the heart of the Filipino remains unshaken. The fight continues, fueled by pride, unity, and an unbreakable love for our nation.

Earlier today, a meaningful and inspiring event was successfully held at the Audi Gym of St. Rita’s College of Balingasag Inc., as the Army Recruitment Office Mindanao conducted an informative recruitment orientation aimed at guiding and motivating aspiring individuals to serve the nation with honor and pride.

The activity was led by TSg Ernesto B Clar, whose presence and insights greatly encouraged the participants to understand the responsibilities, opportunities, and values of joining the armed forces. His discussion emphasized discipline, patriotism, and commitment qualities that every future soldier must possess.

The event was made more impactful through the active participation of the NSTP SRCB ROTC Unit, together with the Advanced Cadet Officers who demonstrated unity, cooperation, and enthusiasm throughout the program. Their involvement reflects their readiness to lead and serve as role models to their fellow cadets.

This successful activity was conducted under the supervision of Mr. Rey Jhon Alfred N Bongcas, ROTC Coordinator, whose guidance ensured the smooth flow and organization of the event.

Indeed, this gathering served not only as a recruitment initiative but also as a reminder of the noble calling of service to the country. It inspired students to look beyond themselves and consider becoming part of something greater a life dedicated to duty, honor, and nation.
