Last July 13, 2026, the ASCOT Creative Media Corps Mini Lecture Series became a space where future storytellers learned that every frame, every word, and every story matters.

Our heartfelt thanks to our volunteer speakers—Ms. Melinda Karla Ramo Baylon, Mr. Timmy Baylon, and Ms. Angela Gwyneth Iglesia—for sharing not just techniques in photography, news writing, and broadcasting, but also the passion and purpose behind telling stories that matter.

From finding the right angle, asking the right questions, to writing stories that inform and inspire —our participants definitely walked away with new skills, fresh perspectives, and a deeper appreciation for the craft.
