Please be advised that there will be no transactions at the Registrar’s Office today, 27 April 2026, due to the conduct of the University Academic Council (ACCO) Final Deliberation on Candidates for Graduation for Academic Year 2025–2026, Second Semester.

This deliberation is an essential academic process to ensure the careful review, verification, and confirmation of the academic standing and graduation eligibility of all candidates, in accordance with university policies and academic standards.

Regular office transactions and services will resume on the next working day.

In collaboration with Building Blocks Bataan and College of Arts and Sciences - Student Government, BA Communication NMT 4A presents 𝐒.𝐇.𝐈.𝐍.𝐄: 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬, an inclusive gathering designed to create a safe and joyful space for creativity, connection, and shared experiences.

This Autism Awareness Month, we honor unique perspectives and shared humanity—creating moments where everyone is welcomed, valued, and free to shine as they are. Like light finding its way through every corner, understanding begins when we choose to see beyond differences.

All first batch qualifiers and reconsidered applicants who have confirmed their enrollment are hereby advised to submit their complete enrollment requirements to the Registrar’s Office of the campus where they are qualified to enroll.

Important Notice:
𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐭 the complete requirements within the given dates shall be construed as your decision 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐮𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 in the University, and your slot may be forfeited.

• Original SF 9 Grade 12 Learner’s Report Card (bring a certified copy of the Report Card)
• 1 clear scanned copy of the PSA-issued birth certificate (bring original for verification)
• 1 piece 2” x 2” or passport-size ID photo in plain white background with name (Last Name, First Name Middle Name), must have full face, front view, center head within the frame and not computer-generated
• 1 signed BPSU-ROF-044 Data Privacy Notice and Consent
• 1 Compliance Slip (issued by the BPSU Health Services Unit)
• 1 piece Long Brown Envelope
