BPSU-TVET Center is now accepting Food and Beverage Services NC II enrollees under the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP).

REQUIREMENTS:
Please submit photocopies of the following:

Birth Certificate
β
Marriage Certificate (for married women)
β
Form 137, Form 138, Transcript of Records (TOR), ALS Certificate, or Diploma
Also prepare the following:
β
Three (3) pieces 1Γ1 ID picture (white background with collar)
β
Three (3) pieces passport-size ID picture (white background with collar and nameplate)
β
Medical Certificate
β
Place all requirements in one (1) long brown envelope.
