* A bonafide student of Negros Oriental State University - Bais Campus 2, College of Business Administation (CBA).
* Be in good academic standing in the College;
* Without disciplinary issues
* For higher positions, must be a 3rd year in the academic year.

NOTE: Candidates may form their party for the campaign period.
