On February 17, 2026, ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ข๐๐ง ๐๐๐ง๐๐ญ๐, the legislative committee of the UB Supreme Student Council, formally convened an online Senate Hearing on the proposed amendments to the 2023 Constitution and Bylaws of the UB Supreme Student Council.
The hearing was presided over by the Senate President, Hon. A***n C. Sibayan, in the presence of the members of the UBian Senate and the Supreme Student Council Executive Committee.
Representing the Executive Committee were Hon. Kyra Kelly, Secretary for Administration and Officer-in-Charge of the SSC, and Hon. Chander Llanfair Gabriel, Vice President of the SSC. Their participation contributed substantively to the deliberations and review of the proposed amendments.
The session served as a formal and transparent platform for discussion, clarification, and refinement of key provisions of the Constitution and Bylaws, reaffirming the collective commitment to institutional integrity, accountability, and responsive student leadership.
