🌷 Happy Mother’s Day 💙
Today, we celebrate the women who nurture, guide, protect, and continue to give love even through exhaustion and sacrifice. To every mother and mother figure, thank you for the strength, care, and comfort you bring into the lives of others.
May you also be reminded that while you care deeply for everyone around you, you deserve the same gentleness, support, and love in return. 🌿

We regret to inform everyone that the scheduled workshop on Creative Approaches in Counseling and Therapy scheduled on May 15 and 16, 2026 will no longer push through.
Due to logistical requirements in light of the current economic situation, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the workshop at this time. We understand that many were looking forward to this learning experience, and we share in the disappointment.
For those who have already expressed interest or made initial arrangements, we will be reaching out with further details and next steps.
We are currently exploring the possibility of offering this workshop through an online or virtual format as an alternative. We will keep you posted on any updates.
Thank you for your understanding.

⌯⌲ Jet Set Go | This Week’s Reflection 🌿
A weekly dose of real talk and gentle reminders from our director, Jojet Mondares.
This week’s reflection reminds us that helping others does not mean taking over what is theirs to face. In mental health, support is about presence, care, and walking beside someone without removing their agency.
We can listen, guide, and offer strength, but healing also requires people to make sense of their own experiences. Growth happens when individuals are given space to own both their struggles and their victories. 🌱
Empowerment is not rescuing. It is believing that people are capable, even in difficult moments, and allowing them to find their way through with support, not substitution.

⌯⌲ Jet Set Go | This Week’s Reflection 🌿
A weekly dose of real talk and gentle reminders from our director, Jojet Mondares.
“Sometimes, laughter is not avoidance. It is a way of breathing through what hurts.”
This week’s reflection reminds us that not all expressions of joy mean everything is okay. For many, moments of laughter are small openings where the weight feels lighter, even just for a while.
Allowing yourself to smile or laugh does not take away the seriousness of what you feel. It can be part of how you cope, release, and gather strength to continue. 🌱
Give yourself permission to find lightness in the middle of heaviness. Those moments matter more than you think.
Mental health is not a destination. It is a journey.
Jet. Set. Go. Make space for moments that help you breathe.

⌯⌲ Jet Set Go | This Week’s Reflection 🌿
A weekly dose of real talk and gentle reminders from our director, Jojet Mondares.
This week’s reflection reminds us that healing is not about immediately changing how we see our experiences. For many, the first step is not rewriting the narrative, but honoring the pain that comes with it.
There is no rush to move on or to make meaning right away. Giving space to feel, to process, and to acknowledge what hurt is part of the journey. Only then can we begin to gently reshape the story in a way that supports healing and growth. 🌱
