END-SEMESTER REMINDERS
Second Semester AY2025-2026

To AVOID BLOCKED PORTALS & inconveniences during the enrollment for the Short Term, PLEASE SETTLE ALL DEFICIENCIES with:
1. Students’ Accounts Office: Outstanding balance of fees
2. Central Supply Room (CSR): Laboratory breakages
3. Center for Counseling and Student Development (CCSD): Students with Contract of Agreement
4. Office of Student Affairs: Suspension notice
5. Admission and Records Center (ARC): F137, PSA Birth Certificate, etc.
6. Dean’s office: Vacate lockers until May 14, 2026; Uniform Violation Notice

INSTRUCTIONS for Short Term Enrollment:

a. REGULAR STUDENTS (those who are QUALIFIED to enroll ALL year level courses):
- Enroll yourselves using your portals
o May 27, 2026

b. IRREGULAR STUDENTS
- Enroll through a Google Form on May 25-26, 2026

** We will prioritize Prospective Interns and those who filled out the petition form provided that the available schedules are not conflict/overlapping

** We will skip the response of the students with blocked portals and will proceed to the next. There will be no reservation of slots.

c. STUDENTS WHO LACK NSTPRO1 OR NSTPRO2
You are advised to enroll NSTPRO1 or NSTPRO2 this short term as this will no longer be offered in SNS in the succeeding terms. The incoming curriculum will already have NSTOSP1 (6 units) which is a combination of NSTPRO1 and NSTPRO2.

Please note that you are only allowed to enroll two (2) professional courses with laboratory and you should’ve passed the pre-requisite. We will not allow 1st takers for the professional courses.

You may get a copy of the curriculum checklist (BSMLS & BSPT) from the office for your reference or scan the QR code at the bulletin board. The POLICY ON PRE-REQUISITES will be STRICTLY FOLLOWED.

d. TRANSFEREES
- Walk-in enrollment will be on May 28, 2026 (Depending on the availability of slots)
