The University of Baguio congratulates the School of Dentistry for its outstanding achievement, garnering a 100% passing rate on the recently conducted November 2025 Licensure Examination for Dentists!

The November-December 2025 Dentist Licensure Exam (DLE) was held last November 24-26, 2025 (written), and December 1-6, 2025, at the designated testing centers in Metro Manila. Spawning written, practical, and oral applications, the examination focused on key areas and specializations, which included basic sciences (e.g., anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, and microbiology), dental materials and dental anatomy, oral surgery, periodontology, and restorative dentistry. Preventive Dentistry, Radiology, Public Health Dentistry, and Professional Ethics and Jurisprudence (laws and ethics regarding dental practice in the Philippines). 💡📚

The continuous collective excellence and teamwork reflect the core values and dedication brought by the UB community under the leadership of Dean Ian Steve Bandaay and Program Chair Dr. Stephanie Hernandez, alongside our dedicated faculty members, and the unwavering support of proud parents and guardians.

In anticipation of Tropical Cyclone FUNG WONG (Pre- ) and its potential impact on Northern Luzon, the University of Baguio SUSPENDS CLASSES and WORK in ALL LEVELS on November 11, 2025.

Taken from Memorandum Circular No. 106, issued from the Office of The President, Malacañang (and upon recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council), as heavy rainfall is expected for the upcoming dates, UB prioritizes the safety and well-being of all students and employees.

Hence, all members of the UB community are requested to accomplish and comply with the Damage and Needs Assessment Form (DNAF) that will be accessible through social media channels of the institution.

Taken from the announcements of Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong and Public Information Office (PIO), all public and private educational institutions are hereby notified to implement safety and security measures for students and facilitators in the academic setting of Baguio City.

The Dentistry Day and Night, its the time of the year when the students, faculty, and alumni come out to relax and be fashionable in a fun learning environment. Kudos to the Student Body and volunteers headed by their adviser Dr. Aemielle in organizing this memorable event.

Pack your bags, UBians! From October 30 to November 4, 2025, the University of Baguio will be on an Academic and Wellness Break. Students, faculty, and the management team of the institution will have no classes or office work, to pave the way and help recharge for future projects and plans down the line this 2025. 🎉

Classes and operations will resume on November 5, 2025, so use this time to rest and enjoy time to yourself or with significant people to the fullest! See you all refreshed and ready to conquer the remainder of the academic year when we get back! 🙌🏽
