This milestone reflects the institution’s sustained commitment to academic excellence, rigorous clinical training, and holistic professional development.

The University of Baguio once again demonstrated its commitment to service as the UB School of Dentistry held a free dental outreach on November 15, 2025 at the UB Dental Infirmary. This initiative, part of the Research Innovation, Extension, and Outreach (RIECO) celebration, reflects UB’s dedication to giving beyond education—sharing care, knowledge, and compassion with the community.

Dental clinicians and doctors from the dental department worked together to provide free consultations, dental cleaning, tooth extractions, and tooth restorations. Patients of all ages benefited from the outreach, many receiving treatment they had previously postponed or could not afford. The event not only delivered quality dental care but also strengthened the bond between students, faculty, and the community.

Throughout the day, the spirit of unity and collaboration was evident. Faculty and students applied their skills with care, while patients left with brighter smiles and renewed confidence. The outreach embodied UB’s core values of inspiration, fellowship, and true service, highlighting how education and service can go hand in hand to make a meaningful impact.

The day served as a reminder that the University of Baguio’s mission is more than academic excellence—it is about uplifting lives, fostering community, and touching hearts, one patient at a time.

Their wins show you all the dedication and passion of SOD athletes!

Cheers filled the gym as every rally and smash got the crowd to cheer with excitement and pride! 🔥 Both teams played with heart and remained composed and strategic even in the tough matches. Each serve and return showed physical skills and perseverance— all a sign of hard work paying off! 💫

The School of Dentistry’s Women’s Basketball Team delivered an impressive performance at the University of Baguio Intramurals, earning a commanding 65–20 win over the School of Law (SOL).

The SOD Team kept the confident ex*****on, showing clear teamwork and determination throughout the game. Their calm focus and unwavering determination shone through, reflecting the strength and unity that set the team.

While the SOL team put up a good effort, the SOD Women’s Team controlled the game from start to finish, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and consistency on the court.

This remarkable victory stands as another proud achievement for the School of Dentistry — a true reflection of dedication, skill, and school pride that continues to inspire the entire SOD community.
