Madrasat As-Sabr Al-Islamiyyah is a place dedicated to nurturing students with authentic Islamic knowledge, strong character, and love for the Qur’an and Sunnah. Through qualified Islamic teachers and subjects such as Qur’an, Hadith, Tawheed, Fiqh, Arabic, and Seerah, we aim to develop knowledgeable, righteous, and responsible Muslims who can live by Islamic values and contribute positively to the Ummah.

Meet the Madrasah Leadership & Teaching Team of Madrasat As-Sabr Al-Islamiyyah — dedicated individuals committed to providing quality Islamic education and nurturing students upon the Qur’an, Sunnah, and good character.

Sh. Alinor Dadayan — President
Sh. Alinor Dadayan serves as the President of Madrasat As-Sabr Al-Islamiyyah, providing overall leadership and guidance. He oversees the direction of the Madrasah and helps ensure that its programs and decisions remain focused on Islamic values and educational excellence.

Bro Arafat Taup — Vice President
Bro Arafat Taup serves as the Vice President, assisting the President in leading the Madrasah and overseeing its programs and activities. He contributes to the smooth implementation of the Madrasah’s goals and responsibilities.

Mc. J’Cub Villadores Cubar Jr. — Secretary
Mc. J’Cub Villadores Cubar Jr. serves as the Secretary, responsible for documentation, records, communication, and other administrative matters. He helps maintain organized and effective coordination within the Madrasah.

Mohammad Naif Mikunog Bashier — Treasurer
Mohammad Naif Mikunog Bashier serves as the Treasurer, managing the Madrasah’s finances, funds, and financial records. He helps ensure that financial matters are handled responsibly and transparently.

Osama Esmail Bato — Islamic Teacher

Osama Esmail Bato is one of the Islamic Teachers of Madrasat As-Sabr Al-Islamiyyah. He contributes to the religious education of students by teaching Islamic knowledge and helping nurture their understanding, character, and values.

Mohammad Naif Mikunog Bashier — Islamic Teacher

In addition to serving as Treasurer, Mohammad Naif Mikunog Bashier also serves as an Islamic Teacher. He shares Islamic knowledge with students and helps guide them in developing a stronger connection with the Qur’an, Sunnah, and Islamic values.

Mc. J’Cub Villadores Cubar Jr. — Islamic Teacher

Alongside his role as Secretary, Mc. J’Cub Villadores Cubar Jr. serves as an Islamic Teacher. He helps students learn and understand essential Islamic knowledge while encouraging good character and practice of the Deen.

Allah says:

فَلَوْلَا نَفَرَ مِنْ كُلِّ فِرْقَةٍ مِّنْهُمْ طَائِفَةٌ لِّيَتَفَقَّهُوا فِي الدِّينِ وَلِيُنذِرُوا قَوْمَهُمْ إِذَا رَجَعُوا إِلَيْهِمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَحْذَرُونَ
“So why does not a group from every community go forth to gain religious understanding and then admonish their people when they return to them, so that they may be cautious?”
— Qur’an 9:122

Also says:

يَرْفَعِ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَالَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ دَرَجَاتٍ
“Allah will raise those who believe among you and those who were given knowledge by degrees.”
— Qur’an 58:11

Also says:

وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَىٰ
“And cooperate with one another in righteousness and piety.”
— Qur’an 5:2

The Prophet ﷺ said:
خَيْرُكُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ وَعَلَّمَهُ
“The best of you are those who learn the Qur’an and teach it.”
— Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 5027

And also the Prophet ﷺ said:

كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْؤُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ
“Each of you is a shepherd, and each of you is responsible for his flock.”
— Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 7138; Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1829

اللَّهُمَّ وَفِّقْنَا لِمَا تُحِبُّ وَتَرْضَى، وَأَعِنَّا عَلَى طَاعَتِكَ، وَبَارِكْ لَنَا فِي عِلْمِنَا وَعَمَلِنَا، وَاجْعَلْهُ خَالِصًا لِوَجْهِكَ الْكَرِيمِ.
“O Allah, grant us success in that which You love and are pleased with. Help us to obey You, bless our knowledge and our deeds, and make them sincerely for Your Noble Face.”

رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي ۝ وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي
“My Lord, expand my chest for me and make my task easy for me.”
— Qur’an 20:25–26

Ameen ya Rabb! 🤲🏾
