VALIDATION OF SUCHAN INTEGRATED SCHOOL: A TESTAMENT TO COLLECTIVE COMMUNITY SUPPORT
On a day that will be etched in the history, Suchan Integrated School welcomed the Regional Inspectorate Team for its official validation process, marking a crucial milestone in the institutionโs journey toward excellence in education.
The validation was made possible through the collaborative efforts of key education officials; our esteemed SDO Officials Maโam Ma. Jeany T. Abayon (OIC-SDS), who provided valuable oversight and coordination throughout the validation activities, ensuring seamless alignment with division-wide educational goals and regulations. Alongside her was Sir Rey Bonayon, Planning Officer, and our PSDS, Sir Arnold Valledor. At the forefront of the schoolโs preparations, Maโam Julie Vitalicio, the School Principal, her leadership transformed the validation process from a mere assessment into an opportunity to showcase the schoolโs unique strengths and its commitment to nurturing the next generation of leaders.
The validation event also highlighted the powerful synergy between education and local governance, with representatives from the Municipal LGU, Hon. Kagawad Charlon Caadlawon, who serves as the Sangguniang Bayan Chairman on Education, Hon. Vice Mayor Juan Velchez Jr., and Hon. Mayor Vincent Villaluna, who was represented by Hon. Kagawad Lea Tumanlao. Their presence underscored the local governmentโs commitment to working hand-in-hand with educational institutions to create an environment where every child can thrive.
The validation also acknowledged the invaluable role of the schoolโs feeder Barangays: Brgy. Babaguan, Hon. Elvis Tolentino represented by Hon. Bernard Tutanes, Brgy. Panay, Hon. Ramil Alfaro and Brgy. Quigaray, Hon. Alodia Vitalicio, who were unable to attend at the time due to unavoidable circumstances. These barangays have been foundational partners in building a strong and supportive learning environment at Suchan Integrated School.
Also, the Barangay Council headed by Hon. Helen A. Torres, represented by Hon. Tirso Trinidad, the School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA) led by our Chairman Wilfredo Villasana and the very active group of parents who were present throughout the validation, their presence was a testament to the unwavering support for the schoolโs journeyโfrom volunteering their time to support school activities, to actively participating in decision-making processes that shape the schoolโs directionโhave been invaluable in creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment for all students.
Todayโs validation is more than a compliance activityโit is a testament to our collective dream: to bring more accessible, continuous, and quality education to the learners of our community. The vision of establishing Suchan Integrated School represents hope, opportunity, and progress for the young people of our barangays.
