INTERNSHIP JOB DESCRIPTION
-Assists in performing hardware and software installation procedures
-Performs software configuration on stand-alone computers and laptops
-Provides support in diagnosing hardware and software issues and troubleshooting activities
-Lays cables and wires for networks and ensure that they are in good working order
-Documents all processes in reference manuals for the purpose of training and guidance
-Takes user support requests and takes measures to fulfill requests
-Handles IT related documentation and makes sure that all IT supplies are available
-Provides support in setting up end user training activities
-Develops incident response procedures and assists with business intelligence development activities
INTERNSHIP QUALIFICATIONS

-Plans and organizes weekly work and route schedule
-Conducts sales presentation to stakeholders and decision makers
-Keeps management informed by submitting reports weekly such as client updates, weekly work plans, monthly plans, and goals.
-Works closely with sales team and CEO
QUALIFICATIONS
-Can identify decision makers and key persons
-Must have sales experience
-Simple understanding of computers
