In line with the conduct of the 𝗔.𝗬. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 – 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 Student Elections, the Commission on Elections hereby announces the official period for the filing of election protests concerning candidates from the following organizations:

• Central Student Government (CSG)
• Information Technology Society (ITS)
• La Liga Psicologia (LLP)
• Societas Humana Resource (SHR)
• Alliance of Computer Scientists (ACS)
• Teacher Education Society (TES)

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁?
📌 Any bona fide party of Cavite State University – Bacoor City Campus who wishes to formally raise concerns or protest against a elected candidate due to alleged violations, irregularities, misconduct, or matters related to the election process.

𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
📌 Election protests must be submitted in a Word file document (.doc or .docx format);
📌 Clearly state the name of the candidate being protested;
📌 Indicate the grounds of the protest with supporting evidence;
📌 Include the complete name, organization, and position of the parties involved;
📌 Submit the official protest through email to:

The Commission assures all parties that filed protests shall undergo proper review in accordance with the existing rules and regulations of the Commission.

This process upholds transparency, fairness, accountability, and the democratic integrity of the student elections.
