𝙎𝙞𝙣𝙤 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙨𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙖𝙡𝙞 𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙨𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧? 𝙆𝙖𝙠𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙣 𝙠𝙤 𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜. 😊

Kidding aside, isang taos-pusong pagbati mula sa BS Psychology 1-B! 🦉💙 Alam naming hindi lang kami ang nahirapan noong first semester, kaya bigyan natin ang ating mga sarili ng isang malakas na 𝘱𝘶𝘩-𝘭𝘢𝘬-𝘱𝘢𝘩-𝘬𝘢𝘢𝘢𝘯! 😆

The first semester seems like a distant past, but to many of us, it still lingers in our present lives. However, as Rick Warren said, “𝘞𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘵, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘪𝘵." Though shaken by yesterday, our past experiences are merely trails that carry lessons, 𝗇𝗈𝗍 𝖺 𝗋𝖾𝖺𝗌𝗈𝗇 𝗍𝗈 𝗁𝖺𝗅𝗍 𝗈𝗎𝗋 𝗉𝖺𝗌𝗌𝗂𝗈𝗇.

Today, 𝗐𝖾 would like to present 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝖼𝗈𝗇𝗀𝗋𝖺𝗍𝗎𝗅𝖺𝗍𝖾 our very own 𝗞𝘂𝘄𝗮𝗴𝗢𝗪𝗟𝘀 who 𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘥, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦! Whether you're on the list or not, know that your 𝗕𝗦𝗣𝗦𝗬 𝟭𝗕 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 is proud of you. ❤️‍🩹

As we step into the second semester, 𝗅𝖾𝗍 𝗎𝗌 𝗋𝖾𝗆𝖾𝗆𝖻𝖾𝗋: “𝐷𝑢𝑚 𝑠𝑝𝑖𝑟𝑜, 𝑠𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑜“ —𝘞𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘐 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦, 𝘐 𝘩𝘰𝘱𝘦. For as long as our hearts keep beating, hope is present 𝖺𝗇𝖽 change is possible. 🔱

Nakikiisa. Tumitindig. Lumalaban.

Bilang simbolo ng pagsama ng BS PsychOWLogy 1B at iba pang mag-aaral ng Pampanga State University sa kampanya laban sa korapsiyon, kami ay nagsuot ng p**ang damit at puting laso sa aming dibdib.

Ito ang simbolo ng hindi namin pananahimik sa kalagitnaan ng katiwalian, ito ang hinagpis ng mga inaabusong mamamayan.

Kami'y tumindig, tumitindig, at patuloy na titindig kasugpong ang mga Pilipino na paulit-ulit na lang inaagrabyado ng mapang-alipustang gobyerno!

Sintapang ng p**a, kami ay lumalaban para sa hustisya! Bumoboses para sa kaisa-isang hangad ng masa—ang karapatan. Karapatang mapakinggan, karapatan sa katotohanan, at karapatang malunasan ang mga dati't parating hinaing ng bayan!

Tuldukan natin ang bulok na sistema. Pangalanan at panagutin lahat ng may sala. Manindigan laban sa mga trapong namamahala!

October is Mental Health Awareness Month.

𝘼𝙣 𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙣 𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙤'𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨,

𝘏𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘰! ^___^ 𝘒𝘶𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘢? :𝘋 _

Things may not have been easy lately, but still, here you are—surviving and thriving. Amidst exams and deadlines is 𝙮𝙤𝙪 who is trying their best.

But, what 𝙞𝙨 the "best?"
Is it when you receive the highest marks?
Is it when you get passing scores?
Is it when you make yourself lunch?

The best varies from person to person, day to day; It's okay if your best now doesn't look the same as it did yesterday.

You are doing enough. You are enough.

In the month of October, let's continue to create spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and loved.

Even when this month is over, let's never forget that mental health is just as important as physical health—for us, and for the generations to follow. 🩵
