"Masanting a Bukas, Kapamilitan ning Saup-saup!" β Unlocking Potentials: Fostering Hope Through Livelihood Skills!
Our recent outreach at Guagua District Jail Male Dormitory was a powerful session, covering "How to Break the Poverty Cycle," inspiring "Success Stories of former PDL Entrepreneurs," and "Boosting Confidence and Self-Worth."
A huge thank you to JSUP Edmund L. Llamasares and SJO1 Eroled Reyes for this invaluable opportunity. This program was a strong partnership between DHVSU and the Guagua District Jail Male Dormitory.
We're also incredibly grateful to Dr. Dolores T. Quiambao, Dean of Graduate School, and Dr. Riza B. Lintag, MAED-TLE Program Chairperson for their guidance and support, as well as to all MaEd-TLE professors.
To all the MAED-TLE students, thank you for your dedication and support in making this program a success!

Congratulations to our newly elected officers of MAED - TLE Program for the Academic Year 2025-2026.
Your leadership brings a new chapter of commitment, service, and excellence. And we have confidence that you can inspire change for a better world, along with your vision and passion.
We would like to acknowledge Dr. Dolores T. Quiambao, the Dean of the Graduate School, for her support and encouragement of the induction of the newly elected MAED-TLE officers.

Concluding the semester we love in a place where we often hear the phrase "Love ko 'to".
This semester has been incredible, and even though this chapter is over, the new connections and knowledge we have made will keep us engaged. As we move forward, let's carry these memories with us and look ahead to even bigger and better things!

The Degenderized Outreach Program for Alternative Learning System students was successfully organized by the DHVSU Graduate School MAED TLE in partnership with the Alternative Learning System of DEPED City of San Fernando Pampanga and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology!
The aim of this outreach program is to provide hygiene kits and promote mental and emotional well-being, reminding the PDL that they matter and deserve care.
A big thank you especially to Dr. Noel Gonzaga the Education Program Supervisor of ALS DEPED CSFP, to the ALS Teachers, personnel of BJMP in Barangay Lara CSFP, DHVSU Graduate School MAEd TLE Organization and to all the people who helped make this outreach possible.

It's hard to believe it's already been a week since we gathered at Degenderized Training-Seminar on Occupational Health and Safety and Leveraging on Information & Communication Technology! The friendships formed, the insights gained, and the enthusiasm were truly unforgettable.
A huge thank you to all the resource speakers, participants, and everyone who made this event such a success. New ideas were generated by the discussions, and the abilities acquired will undoubtedly have a long-term effect.

2nd Trimester, A.Y. 2024-2025
Student applicants must access the DHVSU online admission application portal through this link: https://sms.dhvsu.edu.ph/padmission?fbclid=IwAR1AtfuUWCO3LdRcVcq5-cXdr4MvdH_rDhit8WxatWl4hYL1BircgobykhU Student applying for admission must properly complete all the fields/sections and upload all the required admission application documents in PDF format. Only those student applicants with complete and uploaded admission requirements will be processed and scheduled for University Admission Tests. Any misrepresentations or dishonesty will automatically invalidate the admission application.

1. Original Copy of Masterβs Degree Transcript of Records;
2. Scanned copy of Masterβs Thesis Approval Sheet
3. Certification of Grade Point Average from the former school (Applicable only for those whose GPA is not reflected in their TOR);
4. One (1) properly accomplished and signed reference form from either a superior or former professor;
5. Original PSA Birth certificate or PSA Marriage Certificate for married female applicant; and
6. 2x2 ID Photo (White background with name tag)
A. Masteral Program
1. Original Copy of Bachelorβs Degree Transcript of Records;
2. Certification of Grade Point Average from the former school (Applicable only for those whose GPA is not reflected in their TOR);
3. One (1) properly accomplished and signed reference form from either a superior or former professor;
4. Original PSA Birth certificate or PSA Marriage Certificate for married female applicant; and
5. 2x2 ID Photo (White background with name tag)
Additional Requirement for Transferees:
a. Honorable Dismissal from former school/university
Note:
a. Applicants for MAED program, student applicant must be a graduate of an aligned Education major. If non Education major graduate, the applicant must have completed the CPTE units or LET results (passer)
b. Applicant must properly complete all fields in the profiling section of the Online Admission Application Portal; Upload all the requirements in PDF format. Multiple pages must be saved in one file only.
c. An official receipt of the βTesting Feeβ amounting to P300.00 must be presented to the University Admission test (UAT) Proctor during the examination schedule.
d. Applicant must pass the UAT and Interviews with the Program Chairperson.
