MALAGU, MASANTING, MABSI, CSSP!
In observance of World Mental Health Day, the faculty of the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy, together with our Dean, took a well-deserved break from work and shared a meaningful lunch together.
It was a wonderful opportunity to pause, relax, and reconnect with colleagues after the busy examinations week, a gentle reminder of the importance of rest, reflection, and human connection amidst our daily responsibilities.
As we observe this day, may we continue to foster a culture that values mental well-being and balance, not just today, but every day. π©΅π€
