Life's battles may bruise you, but every fight you endure carves the strength of a warrior in your soul.

I am a writer, my love. I don’t cry. I bleed on paper.
Your direction is more important than your speed. A lot of people are going nowhere fast.
This year has really tested my faith, my mental health, my finances and my heart. Yet through it all I'm still standing. But I thank God he helped me go through tough times and didn’t allow tough times to destroy me.
Everything that is meant for you will find you. From people, to moments, to things. And when it does, BE THERE. Enjoy, live, and love
I hope you can look in the mirror and say, “I'm proud of you” and really mean it.
This era is called:
I might not ask for help, but I’ll never forget those who offered.
If someone makes you happy, make them happier.
In English, we say, "Are you okay?"
But in poetry, we say, "I see the weight you’re carrying, the storms you’re weathering in silence. Tell me, where does it hurt, and how can I help you heal?"
Kindness is a language that the deaf can hear and the blind can see.
Not all battles are ours to fight, and not every external stimulus deserves the sanctuary of our inner peace. The essence lies in recognizing that selective disengagement is not apathy but an act of safeguarding one’s mental and emotional space. A call to practice discernment, to let go of the reflex to internalize every slight, every judgment, and every chaos that is not ours to carry. To reclaim agency over our energy and emotional bandwidth, recognizing that self-care often requires.
Give yourself permission to let go of what weighs heavily on your soul. You carry it all so well, but that does not mean that it is yours to hold.
"It's okay to be sad about something you thought you had healed from." ❤️🩹
