Noong 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝘆𝗼 𝟭𝟮, 𝟭𝟴𝟵𝟴, buong tapang na itinaas ng ating mga ninuno ang watawat ng Pilipinas sa Kawit, Cavite—isang makasaysayang pahayag ng ating hangarin para sa kalayaan at sariling pagkakakilanlan.

Ngayon, muli nating idinidiwang ang 𝘈𝘳𝘢𝘸 𝘯𝘨 𝘒𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘢𝘯 bilang pag-alala sa kanilang sakripisyo, katatagan, at pagmamahal sa bayan.

Subalit, nakalaya man tayo mula sa mga mananakop, nananatili ang hamon na pangalagaan at palakasin ang kalayaang kanilang ipinaglaban—sa pamamagitan ng pagkakaisa, pananagutan, at malasakit sa kapwa.

Ang kalayaan ay hindi lamang pamana ng nakaraan; ito rin ay 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗮 𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗸𝘂𝘆𝗮𝗻 at 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗸𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗼𝗱 𝗻𝗮 𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻.

The NU Bacolod Commission on Student Elections, in accordance with Internal Memo BCD-ACD-SDA-D-2026-004, hereby announces the establishment of the NU Bacolod Student Councils for the following schools:

School of Accountancy, Business, and Management (SABM)
School of Allied Health (SAH)
School of Education, Arts, and Sciences (SEAS)
School of Engineering, Computing, and Architecture (SECA),

Each student council is duly recognized under the Student Government framework. This resolution serves as a guide for party accreditation, filing of candidacies, and validation of eligibility requirements.
