A revolution led by virtue, love, and patriotism — one that took down a decade long, brutal dictatorial regime. In the present day, never had it been more vital for us to look back at the People Power Revolution.

Let us never forget the plight of the Filipino people on this day, a day that marks a new chapter of our nation's history. 🎗️

On this day, September 21, 1972, 53 years ago at 7:15 PM, Former President Ferdinand Marcos Sr. announced on televesion the implementation of Martial Law across the Philippines. Since that dark day, the nation has never been the same.

This day marks the beginning of a brutal fourteen year dictatorial regime, seeped in the blood of thousands of murdered innocents—all in the name of "national security."

We, as Filipinos, must never forget the injustice and brutality of this time period. It stands as a warning for future generations, that tyranny leads to misery. Never again, should we allow our country to be chained and crushed, or embezzled and plundered. For as the saying goes:

Classes have once again been suspended due to heavy
rainfall, according to PAGASA's weather forecast, which includes a YELLOW warning and an estimated 100-200mm of rain from today to tomorrow afternoon.

Exams previously scheduled for tomorrow, July 18, 2025, will be moved to July 28, 2025 when classes resume.
