You’d think we were preparing for a lab experiment?? but the smiles, the taste-tests, and the sudden cravings say otherwise. Something’s definitely up, and it’s sweeter, cooler, and more experimental than usual.

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴... 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆

Under the microscope, leadership comes into clear focus. 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 officers are more than names on a list, they are the minds that analyze, question, and push boundaries in the pursuit of knowledge and Science. Working together like cells in a system to keep curiosity alive and innovation moving forward.

Zoom in and you’ll see passion, dedication, and purpose. These officers guide Polaris–The Science Club with steady hands and sharp minds, turning ideas into action and discoveries into inspiration.

With every experiment, discussion, and breakthrough, they prove that science and leadership are always worth a closer look.

𝘞𝘪𝘵𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘯 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳.

𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗖𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗵 '𝟮𝟱

Polaris: The Science Club conducted its Club Smash activity where members actively engaged in strengthening the organization’s foundation for future school events, this September 5.

The session started with a prayer, followed by the domain enlistment in which members were given the chance to choose a group based on their interests. The agendas were then presented, including the domain designations and chieftains for each activity, U-week preparations, and the selection of club icon representatives.

After the presentation of nominated club icon representatives, the club moved on to the second segment of the activity, which was the game. The members energetically participated in the game prepared by the officers, namely Capture the Flag. The four club domains were grouped into two; the blue team consisted of Domain Stylos and Domain Maralikha, while Domain Lepus and Domain Balatiks served as the players of the red team.

Conclusively, the Domain Stylos and Domain Maralikha successfully won the game, as they were able to capture the flag of the opposing team while their flag remained secured in their area. The event ended with a photo opportunity of the club members together with their club adviser.

With the activities held during the club smash, it is evident that Polaris indeed continues to empower the sense of collaboration and teamwork that led to the success of the club.

𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗸𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴

Polaris: The Science Club held its second official meeting where the club came together to plan and prepare for the club’s upcoming activities this August 6.

The Science Club first tackled its main agenda of setting the foundation of the club which was the Club Domain Sorting and discussed further implementations for future events.

𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗸𝘀 - Domain of Documentations
𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘀 - Domain of Representatives
𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗼𝘀 - Domain of Writers

The club domains aim to mobilize the entire club through the delegation of tasks and assignments as different workforces to ensure a smooth and harmonious organization of events.

Alongside different actions and programs, the club tackled other agendas such as the selection of the Club Icon Representative to embody and represent the identity of Polaris, with their respective committees.

Moreover, the development of the Club Portfolio to showcase the club’s achievements, and the initial preparations for AGAPAY, an outreach initiative dedicated to community engagement and service.

The meeting concluded with a short remark from the President and the induction of officers, which was later followed by a closing prayer.

A new documentary series, featuring the 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬 officers and their sci-lly adventures towards planning the academic year filled with enthusiasm for science that will surely spike your dopamine! (dopamine???)

Polaris: The Science Club has officially gathered aspiring students at the Senior High School Department who are interested in exploring the vast world of science yesterday during the Club Enlistment, June 17.

With the assistance of the internal officers and the newly appointed President Marc Angelo Sumugat and Vice President Elisha Bless Sabal, the enlistment allowed Polaris to meet familiar and new faces.

Alongside the enlistment, Polaris has set up its new roster of officers ready to take on the challenge of running the club and leading their fellow members.

Under the guidance by the club advisers, Ms. Sharon Rose Diaz and Engr. Normiel Ledesma, the club enlistment concluded successfully.

𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬 awaits your arrival. The club enlistment begins this afternoon, June 17.

As your light, the northern star provides you with its freshman how-to guide. Later in the afternoon, fellow 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬 members will station within the SHS grounds and will serve as your aid towards its rays.

Did you know Saturn’s rings will start dᵢₛₐₚₚₑₐᵣᵢₙg next week? 👀✨

This rare phenomenon, called a “𝓻𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓹𝓵𝓪𝓷𝓮 𝓬𝓻𝓸𝓼𝓼𝓲𝓷𝓰," will happen on 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 23, 2025! During this time, Saturn’s tilt will align the thin edges of its rings directly with Earth, making them nearly 𝙞𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚. 🔭🌌 Instead of its iconic look, Saturn will appear as a smooth, pale yellow ball through telescopes. But don’t worry—its stunning rings will be back in full view by 𝑵𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 2025, proving once again how mesmerizing our solar system truly is! 💛🪐
