THE FEAST OF SAINT BENEDICT.

He showed us how to balance prayer, work, rest, and community reminding us that every part of our day can be offered to God. He taught us humility, stability, and to “prefer nothing to the love of Christ.” He also taught us hospitality: “Let all guests who arrive be received like Christ.”

In a world that is often hurried, chaotic, and divided, Saint Benedict invites us to find peace by keeping our hearts fixed on God in our studies, our work, our families, and our struggles. May his example teach us to be faithful in small things, to trust God in all circumstances, and to build lives rooted in prayer, virtue, and love.
