The world is in chaos.

Know what? Find a spot before you sleep and gaze at the night sky.
See the stars. Think of the galaxies and even the black hole. Be in awe of the vastness of the universe.
We have all been looking at life horizontally for years; we are constantly stressed, confused, and tired.
When we wake up, we face the screen of our phones. We get out of bed and see the door. Then we see the kitchen, the dining room. When we go out of the house, we see our neighbors; we see faces. Then vehicles, stores, noisy kids, barking dog in the street, people rushing to their jobs... and a lot more as we use our eyes to see things horizontally.

Now look up, look vertically. There is something bigger than you are, more beautiful than what you see every day.
And you probably never noticed it.
Or understood. But maybe it's too mysterious to understand.
That you and the universe are one.
