📢 ENROLLMENT ADVISORY

Please be informed that Enrollment for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027 will officially end on Friday, July 17, 2026.

All students are advised to complete their enrollment on or before the deadline. After July 17, 2026, the College will no longer accommodate enrollment applications, and no further requests for late enrollment will be accepted.

Please ensure that you complete your enrollment within the prescribed period to secure your slot for the semester.

⏰ ENROLLMENT REMINDER

The enrollment period for Irregular Students, Transferees, Returnees, and Late Enrollees (students who missed their enrollment schedules) will be from June 25 to July 3, 2026.

This enrollment schedule is open to all programs, giving students another opportunity to continue their academic journey at VMA Global College and Training Centers, Inc.

Furthermore, ENROLLMENT FOR INCOMING FIRST YEAR COLLEGE STUDENT IS STILL ONGOING.

VMA Global College and Training Centers, Inc. officially announces the enrollment schedule for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027.

All students are advised to carefully follow the designated enrollment dates assigned to their year level and program to ensure an orderly and efficient enrollment process.

Please be informed that students will only be accommodated in accordance with their respective schedule of enrollment.

We encourage everyone to prepare and complete the necessary requirements ahead of time to avoid delays and inconvenience.

Your cooperation and adherence to the enrollment guidelines are highly appreciated as we begin another academic year of growth, discipline, and excellence.

📚 Summer Class Enrollment is now open at VMA Global College and Training Centers, Inc.!

🗓 Enrollment Schedule:

📍 May 11, 12 & 13 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📍 May 14 | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Summer Classes will start on May 18, 2026.

𝑨𝑵𝑵𝑶𝑼𝑵𝑪𝑬𝑴𝑬𝑵𝑻

𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻'𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

The Office of the Dean, College of Maritime Studies, invites eligible students from 𝑩𝑺𝑴𝑻 and 𝑩𝑺𝑴𝑨𝑹-𝑬 1𝒔𝒕 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝒕𝒐 3𝒓𝒅 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓 to apply for the Dean's List. The Dean's List recognizes students who have demonstrated academic excellence and outstanding achievement.

To be considered for the Dean's List, students must submit their completed applications to the Dean's Office, College of Maritime Studies, on or before 𝐀𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐋 𝟑𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted.

𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Completed application form (available at the College of Maritime Studies Dean's Office)

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚:

- Students must be enrolled in BSMT or BSMAR-E 1st year to 3rd year at the College of Maritime Studies
- Students must not have obtained any grade below 𝟳𝟬-𝟳𝟰% (𝟮.𝟮𝟱)
- Students must have a 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 record and 𝗻𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀 as certified by the Discipline Office

𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬:

- Applications must be submitted in person to the Dean's Office, College of Maritime Studies
- Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.

📢Announcement

There will be no academic break tomorrow, March 19, 2026. All scheduled classes and laboratory sessions will proceed as normal.
Students are expected to follow their regular class.

All students who officially signed up for the Blood Donation Drive must be present tomorrow. Failure to appear without a valid reason will result in disciplinary sanctions.
