The Lasallian spirit of connection and collaboration was alive during the recently concluded USLS Job Fair 2025, held last May 16 at the USLS Coliseum.

In partnership with the Career Development Centre and the University Student Government, the Center for Alumni welcomed alumni come home, not just as jobseekers, but also as HR professionals, industry leaders, and proud representatives of alumni-owned companies.

Thank you to our dear alumni who joined us, shared their stories, and reminded us of the strength of the Lasallian network. Together, we are indeed bridging bridges beyond barriers.

Last Friday, Center for Alumni Relations welcomes the Board of Trustees of the De La Salle Dasmariñas Alumni Association (DLSDAAI) to the University of St. La Salle for a meaningful alumni engagement, benchmarking activity, and campus tour.

From exploring best practices in alumni relations to strengthening collaboration across our Lasallian institutions. We deeply appreciate your time, presence, and openness to learning from our journey at USLS.

On May 15, in time with the celebration of Lasallian Founder’s Day, the University of St. La Salle marked a historic milestone with the Groundbreaking and Time Capsule-Laying Ceremony held in Pavia, Iloilo.

This event symbolizes the realization of a long-envisioned goal, expanding the reach of Lasallian education in Western Visayas. It was a meaningful moment made even more special by the presence of members of our USLS alumni community in Panay, who joined the celebration alongside with Dr. Rowena Bañes Center for Alumni Relations (CARe) Director.

A heartfelt welcome back to our alumnus, Mr. Mel Liwag, from High School Batch 1969, who recently visited the campus.

During his nostalgic tour of the campus, Sir Mel was gifted a copy of his high school yearbook and revisited a meaningful symbol of his class' legacy: the flagpole donated by HS Class of 1969, with the brass plate bearing the names of his batchmates intact at its base.

Special thanks to Ms Pinkee of our Advancement office and Ms Lyn with museum Team for making this tour a memorable one.

We are grateful for moments like these that reconnect our alumni to their Lasallian roots. Thank you, Sir Mel, for reminding us that the spirit of La Salle lives on through every visit, every memory, and every lasting legacy left behind.
