The Events Management Club (EMC), under the guidance of their adviser, Mr. Niño G. Guadalupe, served as both the event organizer and facilitator for the Sustainable Partnership Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between VMA Global College and Training Centers, Inc. and the Sipalay City Local Government Unit.

This significant collaboration was highlighted by the conduct of the Food Safety and Sanitation Training held on April 27–28, 2026 at the Sipalay City Multipurpose Center. Representing Sipalay City in the MOU signing were Hon. Praem L. Mediodia, ENP Jerick H. Lacson, and Ms. Marry Ann Y. Arguilles, alongside VMA representatives Mr. Rene III B. Alcala (OSEA Director), Mr. Chester John C. Ferrer (CED Director), and Mr. Edwin P. Benitez (CHBM Dean).

The training featured comprehensive lecture sessions delivered by Ms. Charisse B. Albunian on Food Safety and Sanitation, Mr. Edward P. Guadalupe on Food Preparation and Handling, and Ms. Elaine Angelique S. Sona on Customer and Food Service.

This initiative reflects a strengthened partnership anchored in a shared commitment to fostering inclusive and sustainable communities, while establishing a solid foundation for future collaborative efforts that bridge education and public service.

To our beloved Chairman, Dr. Elizabeth O. Salabas, on her 80th year: The VMA Events Management Club joins the entire VMA Family in honoring your extraordinary life and leadership.
