TOGETHER IN MISSION: The University has strengthened its commitment to collaborative impact through the formal signing of four partnership agreements with government agencies and community stakeholders.
The partnerships support initiatives in environmental conservation, engineering education, community development, and basic education. Working alongside the Department of EnergyโVisayas Field Office, the Schools Division of Bacolod, local government units, and partners under the United Board for Christian Higher Education in Asia, the University will advance research, faculty and student development, industry immersion, and community-based programs across the region.

Let us come Together in Mission as the University of St. La Salle strengthens its commitment to transformative education, community engagement, and sustainable development through the signing of new partnership agreements with government agencies, local government units, educational institutions, and community stakeholders. Spearheaded by the Center for Linkages and International Affairs under the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Mission and Development, these collaborations reflect the University's continuing mission to create meaningful impact through partnership and service.
The agreements include the UBCHEA research-funded coastal wetlands conservation initiative with local government units through the Center for Research and Engagement, a partnership with the Department of EnergyโVisayas Field Office through the College of Engineering, a collaboration with the Department of Education Schools Division of Bacolod through the Balayan Social Development Center and the College of Education, and other community-centered partnerships that advance research, education, sustainability, and social development.

LOOK: The University brought together faculty researchers from Lasalle schools across Visayas and Mindanao to conduct the third phase of its three-year DLSU Science Foundation-funded research publication training program, From Ideas to Impact: Creating Avenues to .0
Held from June 15 to 17, 2026, at the Santuario de La Salle, the training focused on phenomenological inquiry, systematic reviews, and meta-analysis to help participants prepare studies for publication in internationally indexed journals. Since the start of the program in 2025, it has generated over 50 research proposals, with 15 studies already presented and defended before external panelists.
