Greetings from the Supreme Student Government and United Seniors Organization of Bacolod City College!

As part of realizing changes today in our incoming graduation day just to give more meaningful, solemn, and extraordinary commencement exercises to our graduating students we are pleased to informed once again to what the parents agreed upon last November 22, 2017 during the 2nd Parents Assembly, to hold and utilize SMX Convention Center as official venue of graduation day on April 4, 2018. Provided with waivers pertaining to this matter, positive response from the parents itself is greatly counted to pursue the aforementioned venue.
In connection to this, we are pleased to inform you that starting January 12, 2018 to January 31, 2018 only, we will be collecting your contribution fee amounting to P400.00.

Just see Miss Jovelyn Canoy Dato-on at BSOA Faculty Office for payment (if, Miss Jovelyn is not available, visit the TED Faculty Office and look for Dr. Elias T. Alias for payment purposes). Payment must be made only at weekdays.

Wide dessimination for this letter is highly recommended. Collective efforts is very much appreciated.

To all 2nd to 4th year BCCians, the Supreme Student Government will be having its Special Election on June 30, 2017 to fill in the vacant positions from the Vice President down to the Board members of every department. In this regard, the org. is looking for aspiring COLLEGE ELECTORAL BOARD officers.

The qualifications are as follows (based from the ratified Constitution and By-Laws):

The members of the CEB:
-Must not have a failing grade
-Must not be a candidate during election.
-Must not hold any of the first five (5) positions in any school accredited organization

TO: ALL STUDENTS AND FACULTY MEMBERS

ALL STUDENTS with or without classes are required to attend the Student Orientation for SY 2017-2018 on June 21, 2017 at the BAYS Center

8:00-12:00PM - Freshmen and New Students (Transferees) Orientation
1:00-5:00PM - Upper years orientation

Classes are suspended the whole day. But, because it is an official school activity ATTENDANCE SHALL BE CHECKED including students who may not have classes during the day. There shall be a registration of student attendance by department under the supervision of the respective Program Chairs. The election of United Seniors Organization will follow right after the orientation.

Moreover, all freshmen, new students and continuing students are required to attend the BCC-SSG Special Assembly at 5:00pm of the same day.
