Ayungon Science High School is now accepting applicants for incoming Senior High School students for School Year 2026โ€“2027 under the Pure Academic โ€“ STEM Strand.
Qualifications:

โœ… Applicants must have a final rating of 85 or above in all subjects

To all aspiring Grade 7 students!

You can now start submitting your requirements for School Year 2026-2027 at Ayungon Science High School from February 17, 2026 to March 6, 2026. Please look for Mrs. Lorna M. Yamson, Science Coordinator and Mrs. Maria Fatima M. Emperado, Math Coordinator.

The following are the documents needed:
1. Application Letter addressed to the School Principal and signed by the parent/guardian;

2. Fully accomplished Application Form with colored 2x2 photo with white background (See Attached Form);

3. Birth Certificate (PSA/NSO) PHOTOCOPY ONLY; 4. Form 138 (Report Card) - Photocopy only

4. Quarterly Grades in English VI, Science VI and Math VI must be at least 87%. No grades lower than 85% should be seen in any subject in any grading period. Additionally, a Certification of Good Moral Character, Declaration of Medical Condition Form (see attached SPS Form 3), Program Support Form (see attached SPS Form 3.1), and Learner's Profile (see attached SPS Form 3.2) are also required.

- All requirements should be placed inside a long white folder fastened on its side.

- Orientation for parents and applicants will be held on March 7, 2026 (7:30 AM) and the entrance examination will be held on March 7, 2026 and March 14, 2026.
