Hinihikayat ang lahat ng mag-aaral na manatili sa kanilang mga tahanan hangga't maaari. Nananawagan din ang Punong Lalawigan sa lahat ng mamamayan na magpakita ng ibayong pag-iingat at sundin ang mga anunsyo at abiso ng kani-kanilang Munisipal na Pamahalaan (LGU).
