In celebration of Nutrition Month, the Campus Health and Services Unit in collaboration with the Student Government invites the PNUNL community to the first leg of Project ALAGA: Advisory on Lifestyle, Ailment Prevention, Good Nutrition, and Active Self-Care.

Join us for a webinar on practical eating habits, regular meal timing, hydration, affordable nutritious food choices, and ways to support focus, immunity, and overall wellness.

𝓟𝓻𝓸𝓳𝓮𝓬𝓽 𝓚𝓐𝓛𝓘𝓝𝓖𝓐 𝓯𝓸𝓻 𝓕𝓸𝓾𝓻𝓽𝓱 𝓨𝓮𝓪𝓻 𝓢𝓽𝓾𝓭𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓼

The Campus Health and Services Unit conducted the Pre-Deployment Health Reminders and Distribution of Health Kits for 4th year students in preparation for their Field Study deployment.

This activity is part of 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐊𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐀: 𝐊𝐢𝐭 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬’ 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬, 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, a health support initiative for Field Study students who will be deployed to cooperating schools and off-campus learning environments.

Through the activity, students received practical reminders on health preparedness and wellness. Health kits were also distributed to provide basic support as they begin their field exposure.

The Campus Health and Services Unit continues to support student wellness, safety, and readiness as they take part in meaningful off-campus learning experiences.

Ang ating mga bato (kidneys) ay may mahalagang papel sa pagsala ng dumi at sobrang tubig sa katawan. Huwag balewalain ang mga senyales ng posibleng sakit sa bato tulad ng madalas o kakaibang pag-ihi, pananakit ng likod o tagiliran, pamamaga ng katawan, at matinding pagkapagod.

✅ Maagang pagkilala sa mga sintomas at agarang pagpapakonsulta ang susi upang maiwasan ang mas malalang komplikasyon.

Ngayong 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐊𝐢𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, alagaan ang iyong kidney para sa mas malusog na buhay. Kapag may naramdamang kakaiba, kumonsulta agad sa pinakamalapit na health center.

The Health and Services Unit, in collaboration with the Natural Science Society, invites the PNUNL community to participate in the Blood Typing Activity as part of the HEALTH Program (Health Empowerment through Awareness, Lifestyle, Treatment, and Holistic Care).
